Wanderer is a travel and adventure magazine for young adult backpackers who enjoy unique experiences when traveling. The design concept was inspired by the overlay colour filters used in apps such as Snapchat and Instagram, where photos take center stage.

This magazine follows the same color scheme throughout its issues; however, it is applied 
differently to the photos on its cover and throughout its content. Bright colours are
used to represent youth and adventure. 
The magazine's design reflects the millennial culture by contrasting the minimalistic and flat design of apps with the heavy use of images.  Sidebars and typographic slashes have been 
integrated into the design in order to connect with the app-like style.
